Beschrijving

De BM111-serie vertegenwoordigt autofocusserende snijkoppen voor fiberlasers, die in 2017 door het Zwitserse RAYTOOLS AG op de markt zijn gebracht. Deze snijkoppen zijn geïntegreerd met interne servomotoraandrijfeenheden. Deze eenheden maken gebruik van een lineair mechanisme om de positie van de focusseringslens automatisch aan te passen over een bereik van ongeveer 22 mm. Gebruikers kunnen de kop programmeren voor continue scherpstelling, waardoor dikke platen snel kunnen worden geperforeerd en automatisch door platen van verschillende diktes en materialen kan worden gesneden. De productlijn kan worden uitgerust met D30-composietlensgroepen voor bundelintegratie. Ze beschikken over een diverse interfaceconfiguratie, waardoor ze aanpasbaar zijn aan verschillende fiberlasers.
