A laser source is mainly composed of two parts: the optical path and the circuit. Many customers encounter severe power attenuation of the laser source and the absence of light output during use, which indicates a problem with the optical path. Optical path issues can be divided into two types: one is that the device in the laser source module is broken, and the other is that the optical cable is broken. In terms of the circuit, it is typically an issue with the power supply, such as a high-voltage fault, or the control box and the communication board of the module have failed.
Most repairs of laser sources deal with issues such as low power of the laser module, module fault displayed as 'D', poor laser source power supply, inability to link with the laser monitoring software, safety relays not working, resulting in the inability to start the laser source power supply, broken fiber optic heads, and customer misuse causing damage. These issues lead to abnormal shutdown or malfunctioning of the laser source.

After Repair: Usage Considerations
Please take note of the following usage considerations for fiber laser sources after the repair:
- Pay attention to the humidity of the environment where the laser source is located; it is generally recommended to install it in an air-conditioned room.
- The temperature of the cooling water for the laser source needs to be adjusted according to the environmental temperature, and not always kept at 22 degrees Celsius. If the ambient temperature reaches 38 degrees Celsius and the laser source cooling water temperature is still 22 degrees, it could easily cause condensation in the laser module resulting in low power or even shutdown due to high pump current (the laser source will alarm if the temperature is below 18 degrees or above 35 degrees); be sure to prevent freeze damage to the QBH in winter in the north.
- Make good dustproof treatment as much as possible at the cutting head's connection with the QBH, replace the lens promptly if there is a burn spot to avoid further damaging the output fiber crystal of the laser source.
- Do not keep the standby power on for a long time as this will increase the pump current, leading to accelerated aging of the module or even direct damage to the laser source module.

Delivery Address

Damage and Returns

- To cancel an order, contact us rather than refusing the package to avoid risks of loss or damage.
Non-receipt and Package Damage
- If not received within 7 days past the delivery date, email support@sflaser.net. We are not liable for delays not reported within this timeframe.

Before Delivery

- Note: Avoid initiating a bank refund to prevent fees and delays. Any bank fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

- Conditions: Adhere to our return conditions. Be prepared for a service fee and transportation costs.
3. Return/Refund Conditions
Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:
- Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
- Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
- Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.
Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable.

- Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.
