Tariff Policy

  • For customers who pay offline, tariffs depend on trade terms. If terms are FOB, CFR, or CIF, export duties are borne by us, and import duties by the customer; if the term is DDP, all duties are borne by us.
  • For customers who pay online, export duties are borne by us and import duties by the customer. For specific import duty rates, please refer to the "Tariff Rate" on our website.

Order Tracking

  • After placing your order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.
  • Once your product is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your order number, courier information, and package tracking number. You can also track your order status via email.
  • We will also notify you in real time via email about order modifications, refund processing, and shipping updates.

  • Please confirm your delivery address before completing your order. If you wish to change the delivery address, please email us at info@sflaser.net within 48 hours after purchase, or we will ship based on your order details.
  • If our products are damaged during transit due to force majeure, please contact us immediately after receiving the package at support@sflaser.net. We ask for your understanding and patience.
  • Shipping notifications will be sent to the email address you provided on the checkout page or the email used to register your account. We are not responsible for any risks or losses caused if the email address you provide is invalid or no longer in use.
  • If you change your mind midway, please do not refuse the package directly. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@sflaser.net and explain the situation. We will process the return based on our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package due to refusal.
  • If you do not receive your order within 7 days after the delivery date provided by the official logistics company tracking system, please contact us at support@sflaser.net for handling. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for such situations.
  • If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if any items are missing, please contact us the same day at support@sflaser.net and provide photos and/or videos for us to work with the shipping company on your behalf.
  • After receiving the goods, if you need our subsequent online technical support, please take detailed inventory and photos of the unpacked items and contact us as soon as possible (support@sflaser.net). We will provide the corresponding technical support via email or online contact.
