ZHUOHENG Professional Laser Welding Nitrogen Machine | ZHN-02
The ZHUOHENG ZHN-02 nitrogen generator provides an on-demand nitrogen supply for laser welding and laser cleaning applications. Its 40 NL/min flow rate supports one-to-two operation, allowing it to supply up to two compatible machines.
How it works: The ZHN-02 must be used with an air compressor. The air compressor supplies compressed air, and the nitrogen generator separates and purifies that compressed air to produce high-purity nitrogen for the connected equipment.
Nitrogen storage: The nitrogen generator produces nitrogen on demand but cannot store it. If stored nitrogen is required, a separate standard gas storage tank rated for a working pressure of 0.8 MPa (8 bar) is required.
With a typical nitrogen cylinder costing approximately $75 and this nitrogen generator priced at $1,164, the equipment purchase price is equivalent to about 15.5 cylinders. In practical whole-cylinder terms, the initial equipment cost can be offset after replacing approximately 16 cylinders. This estimate compares purchase prices only and does not include electricity, compressed-air equipment, dryer, maintenance, delivery, or local cylinder-price differences.
Application notice: This nitrogen generator is designed for laser welding and laser cleaning applications only. It is not suitable for laser cutting.
In welding, nitrogen's primary role is to remove oxygen, prevent re-oxidation, and improve weldability. Achieving high-quality welds requires both suitable solder and flux, with the latter cleaning oxides and enabling proper wetting. As a result, nitrogen is a key reactive gas in laser welding.

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:
- Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
- Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
- Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.
Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.
The standard shipping cycle is normally within 15 days for order processing and dispatch when purchasing a single unit.
For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
