Core boundary: Gas Board hardware is included, but the Gas Board principle and detailed wiring diagrams belong to DIY Ready Kit. Installation video, QC Card, initial parameter package, pre-assembled and prewired electrical mounting panel(s), safety interlock package and sequenced installation packing are also Ready-level deliverables and are not included in this Core Kit.

Not Included / Customer Provides

The displayed Core Kit price does not include the machine bed or locally manufactured mechanical structure, enclosure, dust-extraction equipment, air compressor, oxygen/nitrogen supply, compliant site power supply, electrical mounting plates/backplates, electrical component mounting and assembly/wiring service, local electrical work, workshop preparation, lifting/unloading equipment, onsite installation, local certification/compliance work, packaging/pre-shipment handling or international freight.

Duties and taxes: these are not included in the displayed product price. They are included only when the separately confirmed DDP freight quotation explicitly states so.

Customer responsibility: manufacture or source the machine structure, prepare the site and utilities, provide the electrical mounting plates/backplates and complete local component mounting, wiring and mechanical/electrical installation, and comply with applicable local safety and electrical rules. Sky Fire reviews the supplied Kit configuration, but cannot approve an unreviewed customer-designed machine as a complete system.

Custom Machine Size, Motion Design and Kit Changes

The published variants are complete, verified package paths. A non-standard working area, a ballscrew-driven layout or a request to remove supplied components is handled as a custom engineering quotation.

• Custom travel and cut lengths: the confirmed BOM and packing checklist record the quantity, ordered length and final cut length of racks, linear guides, sliders and cable carriers after the X/Y/Z travels and mounting positions are approved.
• Four-axis layout: the current standard architecture uses X, Y1, Y2 and Z servo axes. It includes three reducers because the Z axis is normally direct-driven; the final ratios and mechanical interfaces are locked in the confirmed BOM.
• Ballscrew-driven axes: provide the screw lead, moving mass and payload, target speed and acceleration, shaft and coupling dimensions, and mounting layout. Servo suitability cannot be confirmed from the motor brand or rated power alone.
• Delete requests and credits: removing transmission parts, a water chiller or another hardware group changes the verified package. Any credit is itemized only after Sky Fire confirms which parts remain and rechecks system compatibility; the full displayed cost-group value should not be deducted automatically.

Customers do not need to purchase the Kit BOM simply to understand the main Kit configuration before ordering. The standalone technical-document prices below apply when documents are purchased separately from the Kit.

Components and Current Price Breakdown

The hardware values below use the current Sky Fire price basis for the corresponding components with the same supply scope. The electrical row is a loose-materials group, not an assembled or wired panel. We do not add a separate hidden hardware markup simply because those components are grouped as a Kit.

Price ranges: A range means that the system has more than one approved brand or model choice. Your selected product variant determines the exact price; it is not an uncertain or negotiable price.

All amounts below are in USD. Differences between configurations come from the selected laser-source model, matched cutting head/control system, chiller specification and servo-drive brand.

Optional equipment is not included: voltage stabilizer, variable-frequency power supply, blower/smoke purifier, digital pressure gauge and non-standard gas fittings are quoted separately when required. Public variant prices follow the selected system, servo and laser-source combination; the final BOM locks the supplied brand and model.

Document control: Each document carries its own Document ID, version, effective date and applicable Kit/configuration. Version information is document-control metadata, not a separate seventh document or product.

Technical Support

Sky Fire provides pre-order engineering selection and compatibility review. After delivery, basic remote support covers installation-sequence guidance, wiring review and startup checks for the components supplied in the confirmed Kit BOM. This is remote guidance, not factory assembly or wiring of the Core electrical components.

Basic support does not include troubleshooting an unreviewed customer-designed machine, onsite work, cutting tests, first-part testing or process optimization. These requirements use separately quoted Commissioning Support.

Packing and Shipping

Standard Packing Reference

The following data is a planning reference for a complete standard 1500W Core Kit: approximately 500 kg, 2.60 CBM and about 22 plywood cases. The longest single item is an approximately 4.15 m, 55 kg Y-axis guide rail. This long item is accepted for the standard ocean-freight plan.

Important: actual packing data changes with the selected variant, customer-requested deletions or additions and the final packing plan. Configurations A, B and C may use the same freight reference when the shipment remains within the standard 500 kg / 2.60 CBM packing allowance. Packaging and pre-shipment handling are not included in the displayed Kit price and are confirmed separately.

Standard Ocean Shipping References

These rates apply to the standard full-Kit packing reference above. Submit the complete delivery address and postal code before ordering so Sky Fire can confirm route eligibility, final terms and any address-specific conditions. All amounts are in USD.

Multiple Kits or a mixed shipment: request a new packing and freight quotation before ordering. A single-Kit reference is not a per-order allowance for several Kits. Special addresses and unloading requirements must be confirmed separately.

What the Shipping Terms Cover

• Confirmed DDP route: the quotation covers the confirmed China-side handling, warehouse entry, export declaration, cargo insurance, ocean freight, import customs clearance, standard local delivery and applicable import duties/taxes stated in that quotation.
• CIF Santos: ocean freight and cargo insurance are included only to the named port. The customer arranges and pays destination port charges, customs clearance, duties/taxes and inland delivery.
• Final delivery: ocean DDP shipments normally arrive by truck and the carrier contacts the customer to arrange delivery. A forklift is strongly recommended for unloading. Liftgate, crane, special unloading, storage, inspection, redelivery and other non-standard services may be quoted separately.
• European documentation: CE documentation is required for European shipments and must be confirmed for the selected components before dispatch.

Air freight is not currently available for the standard Kit.

The approximately 4.15 m guide rail cannot be accepted under the current air-freight plan. If a future project uses approximately 2 m split rails, Sky Fire can request a new air quote after the revised packing dimensions and weight are confirmed.

Freight-price notice: the figures above are planning references for the standard shipment. The final written quotation controls. Rates may be revised when tariffs, fuel charges, exchange rates, carrier policy, route availability or other major uncontrollable conditions change. Customized Kits and non-standard destinations always require a separate quotation.

Warranty

Major Component Warranty Reference

The table below summarizes the current standard reference used for quotation. The final quotation and confirmed BOM control the warranty for the exact model and serial number supplied.

Nozzles, protective lenses, other optical consumables and normal-wear items are excluded unless the final quotation states otherwise. Depot location, remote diagnosis, onsite labor, return freight, duties, spare-parts dispatch and advance replacement vary by component and destination and are confirmed before order.

Price and freight: the displayed product price does not include packaging/pre-shipment handling or freight. Standard ocean-shipping references for selected delivery zones are shown above. Final eligibility and charges depend on the confirmed BOM and complete delivery address, so please contact Sky Fire before ordering.

Before ordering, submit the information below so the quotation, component interfaces and site requirements can be reviewed as one system:

• Application: material, maximum thickness, cutting gas, expected duty cycle and required support level.
• Machine layout: working area, X/Y/Z travel, bed and gantry design, enclosure and extraction plan.
• Motion design: rack-and-pinion or ballscrew layout, target speed and acceleration, moving load, reduction ratio, coupling and mounting details.
• Site power: country, voltage, phase, frequency, available capacity, grounding and applicable local electrical rules.
• Local or deleted components: identify every customer-supplied item so Sky Fire can review compatibility and issue an itemized custom quotation.
• Delivery: destination country, postal code, requested shipping mode and Incoterm.

Single-phase sites require complete-system confirmation. A 220–240V/60Hz label on the laser source does not by itself confirm that the controller, four-axis servo system, water chiller, electrical cabinet and auxiliary devices can all operate from the same site supply. Sky Fire records the approved power arrangement and any separately quoted site-power equipment before the order is confirmed.

FAQ

Does the Core Kit include a prewired electrical panel?

No. Core electrical delivery is a packed loose-parts group. Mounting plates/backplates and component mounting, assembly and wiring service are not included. DIY Ready Kit is planned to include Sky Fire-mounted and wired electrical panel(s) and the associated service; the released configuration defines the panel count and layout. This does not remove the controller, servo drives or model-matched electronic interface boards otherwise specified in the Core BOM. Local machine connections and site installation still require completion for a Ready build.

Why do some cost groups show a price range?

A range means that the system has more than one approved brand or model choice. Your selected product variant determines the exact price; it is not an uncertain or negotiable price.

Are the Kit component prices different from buying the same items individually?

No separate hidden hardware markup is added simply for grouping components as a Kit. Compare equivalent models, quantities and supply scope. The Core electrical group is materials only; a separately sold assembled or wired electrical panel has a different delivery and service scope. The Core Kit includes the confirmed BOM and listed Core technical documents, not Ready-level panel assembly or wiring service.

Are packaging, freight, duties and taxes included in the displayed Kit price?

Packaging/pre-shipment handling and freight are not included in the displayed product price. Duties and taxes are included only when a separately confirmed DDP freight quotation explicitly states so.

Can I change the working area, use ballscrews or remove supplied components?

Yes, but the project becomes a custom engineering quotation. Sky Fire must review the revised motion design and remaining component scope before confirming compatibility, dimensions and any itemized credit.

What information is required before ordering?

• Consumables: Shipped free of charge.

Tariff Policy

• Offline Payments: Tariffs based on trade terms. Export duties are covered by us under FOB, CFR, or CIF terms; import duties by the customer. For DDP, all duties are covered by us.
• Kit duties and taxes: Payment method does not determine the delivery terms. Duties and taxes are included only when the confirmed DDP quotation explicitly states so. CIF Santos excludes destination charges, import clearance, duties/taxes and inland delivery.

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

• Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
• Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
• Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

• Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.

For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.

Kit preparation and dispatch are scheduled after the configuration, BOM, packing plan and delivery arrangements are confirmed. Dispatch time is separate from ocean transit time; see this Kit's Packing and Shipping section.

For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
