3000W DIY Core Kit
A matched core-component package for technically capable DIY builders and integrators who can fabricate or source the machine structure and complete local installation, wiring and initial debugging. Sky Fire confirms the component combination, interfaces, itemized price and delivery scope through engineering review and the confirmed Kit BOM.
Quotation required: the 3000W hardware Kit is not yet available at a published fixed price. The freight references below are not the Kit price.

Choose the right level: Core Kit is the hardware-and-basic-document starting point. DIY Ready Kit adds separately confirmed guidance and delivery preparation. Local Manufacturing Kit supports a broader local-production project. Neither higher-level scope is included automatically in Core.

These are selection directions, not interchangeable approved A/B/C combinations. Do not infer servo compatibility from a head/controller package name. The exact 3000W configuration and quantities must be reviewed as one system.
Machine Structure and Customer-Provided Items
The customer provides or sources the machine bed, gantry and mechanical structure, enclosure, extraction, compliant site electrical supply, local electrical work, workshop preparation, air compressor or cutting-gas supply, unloading equipment and local certification/compliance work. Sky Fire's review of supplied components does not certify a customer-designed complete machine.
Working area, axis travel, moving load, rack/ballscrew design, reduction ratios and mounting interfaces must be confirmed before final rail, rack, cable-carrier and dust-cover lengths are released. The longest packed dimension below is a transport reference, not the cutting area. Any component deletion or customer-supplied cooling system requires compatibility review and an itemized revised quotation.
Specifications and Pricing
Z-Axis Slide Reference
134SF-S150-400W, 150 mm travel — $445. The same reference slide model applies to the 1500W, 2000W and 3000W Core Kits. This reference is the 150 mm sheet-cutting option, not the 350 mm tube option or PSA140.
This is an individual component reference, not a complete 3000W Kit price. The complete Kit remains quotation-only. Confirm the slide accessory and motor/drive scope in the itemized quotation to avoid duplicating the existing Z-axis servo items.
The 150 mm figure is slide stroke, not guaranteed finished-machine Z clearance. Check mounting dimensions, cutting-head position and interfaces against the approved machine layout. View the matching 134SF-S150-400W STEP model (digital CAD reference, not physical hardware).
Laser power: 3000W. Final cutting capability, speed and edge quality depend on material, thickness, gas, optics and the complete machine. Provide representative parts for application review; no universal material-thickness guarantee is implied.
The written hardware quotation identifies the supplied models, quantities, supporting groups and services. Packaging/pre-shipment handling and international freight are separate. Duties/taxes are included only when the agreed shipping term explicitly provides them for the named destination.

These are six categories, not six currently released files. Confirm document ID, revision, applicable models and delivery date with the Kit BOM. An example from another power level or controller is not an approved wiring release. Resolve discrepancies before wiring or energizing.
Technical Support
Sky Fire provides pre-order selection and compatibility review. Basic guidance is limited to the supplied components and agreed Core scope. Onsite installation, hands-on wiring, full commissioning, cutting tests and process optimization are not included by default; confirm the required paid support separately.
Packing and Shipping
3000W Standard Packing Reference
The September 8, 2026 planning sheet uses an upper shipping basis of 540 kg gross weight and 2.65 m3 for the 3000W tier. The reference packing plan is approximately 22 cases for A/B or 20 for C; these are logistics labels, not approval of a selectable 3000W hardware BOM.
The longest reference case is approximately 4.15 x 0.37 x 0.26 m, 55 kg. Final case count, dimensions and gross weight follow the confirmed BOM and packing checklist. Carrier acceptance of the overlength case is required before dispatch. Packaging and pre-shipment handling are quoted separately from international freight.

Shipping Scope and Conditions
- DDP: the reference covers the stated ocean route, overlength handling, destination handling, clearance and applicable duties/taxes. Confirm the named address and the included appointment/tailgate service in the written freight quotation.
- CIF Santos: ocean freight and cargo insurance to Santos Port only. Destination port charges, import clearance, duties/taxes and onward inland delivery are excluded. This is not delivery to the workshop.
- United Kingdom: the reference is for a mainland commercial address. Islands and special routes require a separate quote. Confirm 13 m truck access and packing/unloading requirements.
- Unloading: the reference includes a 4.15 m case; a tailgate service does not by itself establish that this long case can be unloaded safely. Confirm suitable lifting equipment and receiving-site access before booking.
- Documentation: confirm the destination's shipment and component-document requirements, including applicable CE documentation for the European routes. Component purchases do not certify the complete locally built machine.
- Multiple Kits or mixed shipments: request a new packing and freight quotation. A single-Kit reference is not a per-order allowance for several Kits.
Air freight: no standard 3000W air option is confirmed. Long-guide acceptance must be checked; do not split rails solely for shipping without engineering approval.
Freight-price notice: preparation time is separate from ocean transit. Final carrier quotation, validity period, approved route and packed dimensions control. Rates can change with carrier availability, fuel, exchange rates, tariffs and the actual packing plan.
Warranty
Warranty is confirmed for each supplied model, not as one blanket period for the whole Kit. Use the same component-by-component approach as the 1500W and 2000W Core Kits, but confirm eligibility for the actual 3000W models and order.

Nozzles, protective lenses, other consumables and normal-wear items are excluded unless the final quotation states otherwise. Remote diagnosis, onsite labor, return freight, duties, spare-parts dispatch and advance replacement must be agreed before order.

FAQ
Can I buy the 3000W Kit at the freight price shown?
No. Those figures cover only the stated shipping reference. The hardware Kit, packaging and services are priced separately.
Are these the same selectable A/B/C combinations as the 2000W Kit?
No. The listed model directions and A/B/C packing labels do not establish approved 3000W purchase variants. Engineering confirms the actual combination.
Can I use documents from another Core Kit?
Only if Sky Fire confirms that the revision applies to the exact supplied models and interfaces. Do not install from an unmatched example.
Can I request custom travel or fewer components?
Yes. Submit the revised design for compatibility review, an itemized scope and a new packing/freight assessment.

- Dispatch and transit: Kit preparation and ocean transit are separate. Use the destination-specific planning times in this Kit's Packing and Shipping section; the confirmed quotation controls.
- Machines: Fees calculated at checkout or via email at info@sflaser.net.
- Accessories: Fees calculated at checkout or via email.
- Consumables: Shipped free of charge.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Free shipping is exclusive to laser consumables. For discrepancies at checkout, contact us for actual shipping costs.
Tariff Policy
- Offline Payments: Tariffs based on trade terms. Export duties are covered by us under FOB, CFR, or CIF terms; import duties by the customer. For DDP, all duties are covered by us.
- Kit duties and taxes: Payment method does not determine the delivery terms. Duties and taxes are included only when the confirmed DDP quotation explicitly states so. CIF Santos excludes destination charges, import clearance, duties/taxes and inland delivery.

Before Delivery

- Note: Avoid initiating a bank refund to prevent fees and delays. Any bank fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
After Delivery

- Conditions: Adhere to our return conditions. Be prepared for a service fee and transportation costs.
3. Return/Refund Conditions
Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:
- Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
- Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
- Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.
Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable.

- Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.

- Approval: Only approved returns are accepted.
- Rights: Sky Fire Laser reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting policy requirements.
- Shipping: Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return confirmation. No on-site returns.

Most of our packages are currently shipped from Wuhan, China.
For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.
Kit preparation and dispatch are scheduled after the configuration, BOM, packing plan and delivery arrangements are confirmed. Dispatch time is separate from ocean transit time; see this Kit's Packing and Shipping section.
For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
- International Shipping: Packaging, freight and import charges follow the confirmed Kit quotation. Duties and taxes are included only where a confirmed DDP quotation explicitly includes them. CIF Santos covers ocean freight and insurance to the named port, not delivery to the workshop.
- Refund Processing Fee: For orders that have not been packed or shipped, a refund processing fee will apply. This fee is due to the immediate deduction of funds by payment platforms such as PayPal, Visa, etc., and will be calculated as a percentage of the total order cost.
