A matched 3000W hardware-and-document package for experienced DIY hobbyists, skilled builders and technical teams with practical electrical wiring and mechanical assembly experience. Core is for customers who can read the approved diagrams, plan their electrical mounting and local machine wiring, assemble the loose electrical components, and complete installation and initial debugging. Sky Fire confirms the exact models, interfaces and delivery scope in the order-specific Kit BOM.

Electrical delivery: loose components only. The Core Kit electrical group is supplied as packed, unmounted electrical components and wiring materials. Its price covers materials only, not electrical mounting plates/backplates, component mounting, assembly or wiring service. It is not a prewired electrical panel.

Electrical group pricing: The Core loose-parts electrical group is $634: the $1,284 assembled/wired electrical group less five working days of assembly/wiring labor at $130 per day ($650 total). Core excludes mounting plates/backplates and assembly/wiring service. The $1,284 figure refers to the Ready electrical group only, not a complete Ready Kit; $650 is not the total Core-to-Ready upgrade price.

Choose the right Kit level: Core is for electrically experienced DIY builders who will do the component mounting and wiring themselves. DIY Ready Kit is intended primarily for integrators, small machine builders and companies planning repeatable batch assembly and resale: Sky Fire assembles and wires the electrical components on mounting panel(s), and plans to provide more detailed installation documentation and videos to reduce repeated work. Ready is still in preparation; panel count, deliverables, availability and pricing require separate confirmation. Ready still requires a competent technical team for local machine connections, configuration, safety checks and commissioning; it does not certify the finished machine for resale. Local Manufacturing Kit goes further into local bed, sheet-metal and machined-part production, equipment, processes and production-line planning under a separate project scope.

Each supplied cable is counted once in its confirmed group. The quotation also identifies the matched cutting-head consumables package without charging starter spares twice.
• Software and engineering files: matched control software, a free pre-order Configuration Summary, the confirmed Kit BOM and packing checklist, plus the Core technical-document bundle listed below. Core documents include the basic circuit diagram, terminal and I/O table, basic installation procedure and common-error guidance.

Core boundary: An assembled Gas Board is standard in both Core and Ready; its assembly is not a Ready upgrade. Ready is planned to add factory-assembled and prewired electrical mounting panel(s), more detailed installation documentation and videos, QC records, an initial parameter package, a safety interlock package and sequenced installation packing. These Ready-level deliverables are not included in Core; the released Ready configuration will define the exact scope. Applicable gas-system documents must match the confirmed hardware and revision.

Compatibility

Configuration Options

The released 3000W reference BOMs define the three paths below. Each requires model-matched mechanical, electrical, communication and software review; the documents are not approval to combine parts across configurations.

BM111 custom option: the current BM111 + XC3000PLUS catalog package specifies HCFA motor matching. Confirm the exact head/focusing-drive package and its compatibility with the axis servo system before ordering; it is not an interchangeable substitute for BM110.

• Laser source: one MAX MFSC-3000X or Raycus RFL-C3000S-CE. The current Kit BOM and MAX catalog use MFSC-3000X. Earlier versions of this Kit listing used MFSC-3000C for the same supplied MAX model, as confirmed by Sky Fire. This naming clarification applies to this 3000W Kit only; the MAX catalog reference price remains $3,842. The Raycus reference is $4,075. The final BOM and nameplate record the actual designation, input supply, output fiber and connector.
• Water chiller: one S&A CWFL-3000W. Catalog 50Hz and 60Hz versions have different prices; the input voltage, frequency, cooling capacity, flow and connections must match the selected source, head and site supply.
• Servo reference: four motor-and-drive sets: two X-axis sets, one Y-axis set and one Z-axis set, following the current Kit axis convention. A/B reference three 1.3 kW planar motors and one 0.4 kW braked Z motor; C references one 1.1 kW and two 1.7 kW planar motors plus one 0.4 kW braked Z motor. The BOM lists three TECHMECH TD090-L1-22-110-145-M8-60.5-16 reducers. The approved machine layout confirms axis mapping, flange/shaft interfaces, ratios and cable lengths. The single 40A filter belongs to the electrical-control group, not an extra servo charge. The Z-axis motor and drive belong to the servo group; its cables belong to the electrical-control group and must not be charged again in the servo price.
• Other brands: BWT or JPT 3000W sources and a Tongfei chiller may be requested as custom selections. They are outside these A/B/C reference BOMs and require separate compatibility and price confirmation.

Not Included / Customer Provides

The standard hardware-and-document scope excludes the machine bed, gantry and other locally manufactured mechanical structure, enclosure, dust-extraction equipment, air compressor, oxygen/nitrogen supply, compliant site power supply, electrical mounting plates/backplates, electrical component mounting and assembly/wiring service, local electrical work, workshop preparation, lifting/unloading equipment, onsite installation and local certification/compliance work. Packaging/pre-shipment handling and international freight are quoted separately. X/Y linear-guide slider blocks are not included in the standard Kit or its price. They are optional and quoted separately after engineering confirms the guide model, quantity, mounting interfaces and machine-bed design.

Duties and taxes: these are separate from the Kit hardware price and are included only when the confirmed shipping quotation explicitly includes them.

Customer responsibility: manufacture or source the machine structure, prepare the site and utilities, provide the electrical mounting plates/backplates and complete local component mounting, wiring and mechanical/electrical installation, and meet applicable local safety and electrical requirements. Sky Fire reviews the supplied Kit configuration, but cannot approve an unreviewed customer-designed machine as a complete system.

Custom Machine Size, Motion Design and Kit Changes

A non-standard working area, ballscrew-driven layout or request to remove supplied components is handled through a custom engineering quotation.

• Reference dimensions are not working travel: the current BOM lists two 1920 mm X-axis guides and two 4000 mm Y-axis guides, with M2 racks in 1000 mm and 500 mm sections. These are reference-model component lengths, not a promise of a particular cutting area. Final rail, rack, dust-cover and cable-carrier quantities and dimensions follow the approved machine layout. Optional X/Y slider blocks are selected and quoted separately to match the approved guides and machine-bed mounting design.
• Custom travel and cut lengths: the confirmed BOM and packing checklist record quantities, ordered lengths and final cut lengths after X/Y/Z travel and mounting positions are approved. Rails must not be cut or split solely to fit shipping limits without engineering approval.
• Four-axis layout: four motor-and-drive sets, with two for X, one for Y and one for Z. Three reducers serve the planar axes. Some reference drawings use Y1/Y2 for the dual-drive pair; reconcile these drawing labels with the approved machine-axis map before wiring or configuring motion. They do not indicate an additional rotary axis.
• Ballscrew-driven axes: provide screw lead, moving mass and payload, target speed and acceleration, shaft and coupling dimensions and mounting layout. Servo suitability cannot be confirmed from the motor brand or rated power alone.
• Delete requests and credits: removing transmission parts, a water chiller or another hardware group changes the package. Any credit is itemized only after Sky Fire confirms which parts remain and rechecks compatibility; do not deduct an entire group automatically. A customer-supplied cooling system must be checked for capacity, temperature control, flow, pressure and interface compatibility.

Configuration Information and Confirmed BOM

Customers do not need to purchase the Kit BOM simply to understand the main configuration before ordering. The standalone technical-document prices below apply when documents are purchased separately from the Kit.

Components and Current Price Breakdown

The table shows the current launch prices for the standard 3000W Kit groups, in USD. Select the configuration, source brand and chiller frequency to see the matching component subtotal. The Configuration C BOCHU S9 group price is confirmed at $1,598 after the cable-price review. A/B servo-group amounts remain launch allowances pending supplier reconciliation. No separate cable or reducer surcharge is added. The confirmed order BOM defines the supplied models, quantities and interfaces.

Price ranges: the ranges reflect MAX/Raycus source selection, S&A 50/60Hz chiller and, for A/B, Leadshine/Inovance servo selection. The selected variant determines the current component price. The online B option uses BM110; BM111 is quoted separately.

Launch pricing and updates: the A/B servo-group allowances and BLT311 consumables amount remain subject to supplier-detail review. The Configuration C BOCHU S9 group has been updated to the confirmed $1,598 amount after the cable-price review. Any future price or custom-scope change must be confirmed before payment; it is not an automatic extra charge on an agreed order. The priced gas hoses are 10 m each, not the 15 m reference-PDF alternative.

Pricing basis: the standard transmission group is $1,416 with its required processing included. The $445 Z-axis slide is separate from its motor/drive (servo group) and Z-axis cables (electrical group). Core electrical loose parts remain $634. The servo figures are complete Kit group amounts: confirmed for C and provisional launch allowances for A/B; do not add independent cable, reducer or filter prices on top. X/Y linear-guide slider blocks are excluded from the standard transmission group and Kit price; compatible blocks are quoted separately.

Configuration basis: use the exact 3000W BOM models, approved axis map and final lengths. Shared power ratings alone do not make another Kit group interchangeable. The electrical figure uses the agreed 1.5–3kW loose-parts basis; this does not add Ready-level panels or wiring service.

Optional equipment is not included: X/Y linear-guide slider blocks, voltage stabilizer, variable-frequency power supply, blower/smoke purifier, digital pressure gauge and non-standard gas fittings are quoted separately when required.

Application review: provide the material, thickness, gas and required edge quality. Cutting capability and production speed depend on the selected source/head, gas, optics and machine setup; suitability for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or other reflective materials must be confirmed for the application.

The complete digital bundle contains eight PDFs, 71 pages: three configuration BOMs and five other files. The Core Kit includes the applicable document bundle and free Packing Checklist. Standalone prices below are in USD; the digital bundle is $103.88.

Reference-document notice: the Config. C BOM specifies FSCUT2000E, while some gallery, packing and I/O references carry FSCUT3000 / FSCUT3000E or other board labels. Do not infer a controller substitution from those labels. Obtain the approved, model-matched BOM and wiring release from Sky Fire and resolve discrepancies before wiring or energizing.

If you buy this BOM separately for $18 and later purchase the matching DIY Core Kit, the $18 BOM purchase price can be credited toward your Kit order or refunded to you. The complete digital bundle contains eight PDFs: three configuration BOMs plus five other files, including the free Packing List. These represent six document categories. One selected BOM plus the other four paid categories totals $138.50 when purchased separately; buying all three BOMs separately is a different selection.

Document control: the supplied reference BOMs are V1.1 dated August 31, 2026. The downloadable PDFs do not replace the order-specific confirmed BOM and approved wiring release. Check power, configuration, controller/drive model, board revision and axis labels before use; resolve every discrepancy before wiring or energizing. Version information is metadata, not an extra paid document.

Technical Support

Sky Fire provides pre-order engineering selection and compatibility review. After delivery, basic remote support covers installation-sequence guidance, wiring review and startup checks for components supplied in the confirmed Kit BOM. This is remote guidance, not factory assembly or wiring of the Core electrical components.

Basic support does not include troubleshooting an unreviewed customer-designed machine, onsite work, cutting tests, first-part testing or process optimization. These requirements use separately quoted Commissioning Support. Confirm the required service scope and availability before ordering.

Packing and Shipping

Standard Packing Reference

The September 8, 2026 planning sheet uses an upper shipping basis of 540 kg gross weight and 2.65 m3 for the 3000W tier. The reference packing plan is approximately 22 cases for A/B or 20 for C; these are logistics labels, not approval of a selectable 3000W hardware BOM.

The longest reference case is approximately 4.15 x 0.37 x 0.26 m, 55 kg. Final case count, dimensions and gross weight follow the confirmed BOM and packing checklist. Carrier acceptance of the overlength case is required before dispatch. Packaging and pre-shipment handling are quoted separately from international freight.

Standard Ocean Shipping References

Planning references below are in USD for one standard Kit and the listed commercial-address examples. They are not active checkout rates, nationwide service guarantees or written carrier bookings. Remote, residential, island, special-access and multi-Kit shipments need an individual quotation.

Multiple Kits or a mixed shipment: request a new packing and freight quotation. A single-Kit reference is not a per-order allowance for several Kits.

What the Shipping Terms Cover

• DDP: the reference covers the stated ocean route, overlength handling, destination handling, clearance and applicable duties/taxes. Confirm the named address and the included appointment/tailgate service in the written freight quotation.
• CIF Santos: ocean freight and cargo insurance to Santos Port only. Destination port charges, import clearance, duties/taxes and onward inland delivery are excluded. This is not delivery to the workshop.
• United Kingdom: the reference is for a mainland commercial address. Islands and special routes require a separate quote. Confirm 13 m truck access and packing/unloading requirements.
• Unloading: the reference includes a 4.15 m case; a tailgate service does not by itself establish that this long case can be unloaded safely. Confirm suitable lifting equipment and receiving-site access before booking.
• Documentation: confirm the destination's shipment and component-document requirements, including applicable CE documentation for the European routes. Component purchases do not certify the complete locally built machine.

Air freight: no standard 3000W air option is confirmed. Long-guide acceptance must be checked; do not split rails solely for shipping without engineering approval.

Freight-price notice: preparation time is separate from ocean transit. Final carrier quotation, validity period, approved route and packed dimensions control. Rates can change with carrier availability, fuel, exchange rates, tariffs and the actual packing plan.

Warranty

Major Component Warranty Reference

The table follows the same brand-level quotation-planning references used for the other Core Kits. Confirm applicability to the exact 3000W model, serial number, start date and order in the final quotation and confirmed BOM. These references do not establish one warranty period for the whole Kit or certify a customer-built complete machine.

Nozzles, protective lenses, other optical consumables and normal-wear items are excluded unless the final quotation states otherwise. Depot location, remote diagnosis, onsite labor, return freight, duties, spare-parts dispatch and advance replacement vary by component and destination and are confirmed before order.

A local service depot or advance replacement is not assumed. Confirm the required overseas service arrangement before ordering.

Before Ordering

Price and freight: the selected variant is the current standard Kit hardware-and-document price, not a delivered price. Packaging/pre-shipment handling and international freight require a separate quotation. Automatic shipping checkout is not enabled for this Kit. Contact Sky Fire before payment to confirm the BOM, gas-hose length, packing, complete delivery address and total payable amount. Provide the details below for engineering and delivery review:

• Application: material, maximum thickness, cutting gas, required edge quality, expected duty cycle and support level.
• Machine layout: working area, X/Y/Z travel, bed and gantry design, enclosure and extraction plan.
• Motion design: rack-and-pinion or ballscrew layout, speed and acceleration, moving load, reduction ratio, coupling and mounting details.
• Site power: country, voltage, phase, frequency, available capacity, grounding and applicable local electrical requirements.
• Optical and cooling interfaces: selected source, output fiber/core and connector, cutting-head input and lens requirements, and any customer-provided cooling system.
• Local or deleted components: identify every customer-supplied item for compatibility review and an itemized custom quotation.
• Delivery: country, full address, postal code, requested shipping mode and delivery term, receiving-site access and unloading equipment.

Single-phase sites require complete-system confirmation. A laser-source voltage label alone does not establish compatibility of the controller, four-axis servo system, chiller, electrical cabinet and auxiliary devices with the site supply. The approved power arrangement and any separately quoted power equipment are recorded before order confirmation.

FAQ

Does the Core Kit include a prewired electrical panel?

No. Core is intended for electrically experienced builders and supplies loose electrical components and wiring materials. Mounting plates/backplates and component mounting, assembly and wiring service are excluded. The planned Ready Kit is aimed primarily at teams or companies doing repeatable batch assembly and resale, with factory-prewired mounting panel(s) and more detailed installation materials and videos. The released configuration defines the panel count and scope. This does not remove the controller, servo drives or model-matched interface boards specified in the Core BOM. Both levels still require local machine integration, qualified electrical work, safety validation and commissioning; Ready is not a plug-and-cut or automatically certified complete machine.

What do the displayed component prices include?

The selected variant totals the priced hardware groups, matched consumables and Core technical documents shown in the table. It includes the $1,416 transmission group, $445 slide and $634 Core electrical group. The Z-axis motor/drive are in the servo group and Z-axis cables are in the electrical group. The C servo group is confirmed at $1,598; A/B servo and BLT311 consumables figures remain current launch allowances pending supplier reconciliation. Packaging, freight, applicable taxes and custom changes are separate. X/Y linear-guide slider blocks are excluded and quoted separately if requested. This does not remove the Z-axis slide already included in the Kit.

Are Kit component prices different from buying the same items individually?

Compare equivalent models, quantities and supply scope. The table uses current Kit group prices; a standalone catalog option can have different cable lengths, contents or services. Do not add catalog cables, reducers or filters a second time to the displayed group amounts. Final supplied items and any custom adjustment are agreed in the order-specific BOM and quotation.

Are packaging, freight, duties and taxes included?

No. Packaging and international freight are separate from the displayed Kit component price. The freight table contains planning references, not active checkout rates; contact Sky Fire to arrange the delivery quotation before payment. DDP includes only the agreed services and duties/taxes for the named route. CIF Santos is port delivery, not delivery to the workshop.

Can I change the working area, use ballscrews or remove supplied components?

Yes, through a custom engineering quotation. Sky Fire reviews the revised motion design and remaining component scope before confirming compatibility, dimensions and any itemized credit.

What information is required before ordering?

Provide application and material requirements, working area and axis travel, machine and motion layout, complete site power information, optical/cooling requirements, customer-supplied or deleted components, and the delivery address and requested shipping terms.

Tariff Policy

• Offline Payments: Tariffs based on trade terms. Export duties are covered by us under FOB, CFR, or CIF terms; import duties by the customer. For DDP, all duties are covered by us.
• Kit duties and taxes: Payment method does not determine the delivery terms. Duties and taxes are included only when the confirmed DDP quotation explicitly states so. CIF Santos excludes destination charges, import clearance, duties/taxes and inland delivery.

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

• Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
• Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
• Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

Kit preparation and dispatch are scheduled after the configuration, BOM, packing plan and delivery arrangements are confirmed. Dispatch time is separate from ocean transit time; see this Kit's Packing and Shipping section.

For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
