Overview
Industrial Metal Deburring & Edge Rounding Machine for Laser-Cut Sheet Metal
The SSD Series is an industrial metal surface-finishing system designed to remove burrs and soften sharp edges on sheet-metal parts produced by laser cutting, plasma cutting, flame cutting and stamping.
After deburring, the machine can round sharp exterior contours and internal-hole edges, helping reduce manual grinding and prepare parts for coating, welding, assembly and other downstream processes.
The series is available in four standard working widths: 630 mm, 1000 mm, 1300 mm and 1600 mm. Different abrasive-belt, edge-rounding, wire-drawing and workpiece-holding configurations can be selected according to the material and finishing requirements.

- Actual results depend on the material, burr condition, abrasive selection, feed speed and machine settings.
FAQ
Which machine width should I choose?
Choose a model with a working width greater than the widest part you plan to process. The available standard working widths are 630, 1000, 1300 and 1600 mm.
What is the difference between SSD630, SSD1000, SSD1300 and SSD1600?
The main differences are working width, machine dimensions, abrasive-belt size and motor power. Larger models are designed for wider workpieces and higher-capacity production requirements.
Can the machine remove burrs and round edges in one pass?
Yes. A combined configuration can integrate abrasive-belt grinding and edge-rounding modules so that multiple finishing operations can be completed during one continuous pass.
Can it process internal-hole edges?
Yes. The edge-rounding system is designed to process sharp exterior contours and eligible internal-hole edges after deburring.
Can it process stainless steel and aluminum?
Yes. The machine can be configured for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metal materials. The correct abrasive and workpiece-holding system must be selected for the material.
Does the machine use magnetic or vacuum holding?
Either magnetic or vacuum holding can be configured according to the workpiece material. Magnetic holding is generally used for compatible ferrous materials, while vacuum holding can be selected for suitable non-magnetic parts.
Can the processing configuration be customized?
Yes. Working width, abrasive-belt modules, edge-rounding units, wire-drawing modules, workpiece-holding method and selected component brands can be customized according to the application.
Is sample testing recommended?
Yes. Sample testing is recommended when a specific edge radius, surface finish or processing speed must be achieved.
