DIY Core Kit

A core component package for customers who have strong DIY, wiring, and debugging ability and want a matched set of key fiber laser components selected by Sky Fire Laser.

What Is Included

  • Laser source, cutting head, control system, and water chiller.
  • Recommended brands, model direction, interface notes, and compatibility guidance.
  • Basic BOM, basic wiring reference, basic installation guidance, and selection support.
  • Basic spare parts recommendation or optional starter spare parts package.
  • Upgrade path to DIY Ready Kit, support packages, or remote engineering service.

Not Included

  • Prewired control plate, Safety Interlock Kit, Assist Gas Board, full QC Card, or full Kit Passport delivery package.
  • Onsite installation, full machine debugging, long-term production training, or local electrical work.
  • Machine bed, enclosure, dust extraction, air compressor, local compliance inspection, or customer-side workshop preparation.

Choose a power level, prepare your target material, thickness, working area, and current components, then contact Sky Fire Laser to confirm whether Core Kit is enough or whether Ready Kit is safer.

Power Note

Higher power levels are not recommended as simple Core Kit packages in the first stage because safety, gas, cooling, debugging, and after-sales requirements become much higher.

DIY Ready Kit

Sky Fire Laser's recommended standard DIY package, adding prewiring, safety, gas, QC, Kit Passport, installation videos, parameter package, and starter spare parts on top of the Core Kit.

  • Customers who are willing to pay for Sky Fire Laser's engineering organization, pre-checking, packaging, and documentation work.

  • Core Kit components: laser source, cutting head, control system, and water chiller.
  • Sky Fire Prewired Control Plate, Safety Interlock Kit, Assist Gas Board, and Chiller Connection Pack.
  • Wire labels, terminal and I/O reference, installation sequence, and checklist.
  • Starter Spare Parts Package for early installation, debugging, and maintenance.
  • QC Card, Kit Passport, organized packing list, installation video, and initial parameter package.
  • Optional Assembly Support, Debugging Support, or Remote Commissioning service.

Not Included

  • Local machine bed manufacturing, local electrician work, local compliance approval, or onsite installation by default.
  • Long-term production parameter optimization or guarantee for every special material and process.
  • High-power production-line integration, robotic integration, or complex automation unless quoted separately.

Use the DIY Kit Configurator to confirm material, thickness, machine type, and power level. If you want a lower-risk DIY path, choose the matching Ready Kit and add the right support service.

Positioning Note

The 3000W Ready Kit can be treated as the first main sample package for internal standardization because it best shows Sky Fire Laser's prewiring, safety, gas, QC, Kit Passport, packaging sequence, and technical documentation work.

Production Integration Kit

A project-based package for local integrators, small machine builders, dealers, repair teams, and customers who want to build repeatable local fiber laser production and service capability.

  • Customers who want to assemble, sell, or service fiber laser machines in their local market.

  • Customers who want to source core modules from Sky Fire Laser and complete machine bed, sheet metal, enclosure, assembly, and service locally.
  • Customers who need remote engineering supervision, acceptance standards, training, after-sales SOP, and spare parts planning.

What Is Included

  • Ready Kit foundation plus project-specific engineering review.
  • Enclosure and interlock direction, spare parts system, Remote Commissioning workflow, and Acceptance Checklist.
  • After-sales SOP, training outline, quotation template, batch purchasing BOM template, and local manufacturing guidance.
  • Integrator-level spare parts planning, including multi-machine spare ratio, local inventory suggestion, replenishment rules, and service spare parts strategy.
  • Optional onsite support when required and quoted separately.

Not Included

  • Default onsite installation, customer factory setup, customer employee management, or local legal compliance responsibility.
  • Full responsibility for the customer's end-user after-sales service.
  • Unquoted robotic, automation, production-line, or multi-system integration work.

Submit project information, including country, application, target power, planned annual quantity, local manufacturing capability, existing technical team, and whether remote or onsite support is needed. Sky Fire Laser will decide whether to recommend Ready Kit or start Production Integration review.

The final scope depends on power level, application, local team capability, manufacturing boundary, remote commissioning depth, training requirement, spare parts package, and whether onsite support is needed.

Spare Parts Package Across All Three Kits

Spare Parts Package is not exclusive to Production Integration Kit. All three package levels should include a spare parts logic, but the depth is different.
