Compare DIY Core Kit for electrically experienced DIY builders, DIY Ready Kit for repeatable batch assembly and resale, and Local Manufacturing Kit for broader local fabrication and production capability. All three Core power levels, 1500W, 2000W and 3000W, have published selectable prices. Ready Kit is in preparation; Local Manufacturing is available for project consultation, with scope and availability confirmed separately.

DIY Core Kit
A matched component package for experienced DIY hobbyists, skilled builders and technical teams who can read electrical diagrams, plan component mounting and local machine wiring, and complete mechanical assembly, electrical installation and initial debugging. Core electrical delivery is loose parts, not a factory-prewired panel.

- Experienced DIY hobbyists and skilled builders who want to assemble and wire their own machine.
- Builders with practical electrical experience who can read the approved diagrams, plan mounting and local wiring, and safely troubleshoot the selected system.
- Technical teams able to fabricate or source the mechanical structure and complete installation, configuration and initial debugging.
- Customers choosing their own integration work over factory prewiring, with appropriately qualified personnel for local electrical work.
What Is Included
- Laser source, cutting head, control system, water chiller, and supplier-standard connection accessories.
- An assembled Gas Board and the head-matched consumables pack listed on the selected product page.
- Recommended brands, model direction, interface notes, and compatibility guidance.
- Basic BOM, basic wiring reference including wire labels and numbering, basic installation guidance, and selection support.
- The assembled Gas Board is standard in both Core and Ready, not a Ready upgrade. Applicable documents follow the confirmed hardware and revision.
- Upgrade path to DIY Ready Kit, support packages, or remote engineering service.
Not Included
- Electrical mounting plates/backplates, factory component mounting and wiring, detailed installation videos, Safety Interlock Kit, full QC Card or full Kit Passport delivery package.
- Onsite installation, full machine debugging, long-term production training, or local electrical work.
- Machine bed, enclosure, dust extraction, air compressor, local compliance inspection, or customer-side workshop preparation.

Provide material, thickness, working area, site power and current components for compatibility review. Packaging and freight are separate; 3000W international delivery requires manual quotation before payment.
Power Note
Higher power levels are not recommended as simple Core Kit packages in the first stage because safety, gas, cooling, debugging, and after-sales requirements become much higher.

DIY Ready Kit
In preparation. DIY Ready Kit is intended primarily for integrators, small machine builders and companies planning repeatable batch assembly and resale. Sky Fire assembles and wires the electrical components on mounting panel(s); planned detailed installation documents and videos help the team follow a consistent build process with less repeated panel work. The released package will define the exact deliverables.

- Companies planning batch assembly and resale that want factory-prewired electrical mounting panel(s) instead of repeating panel assembly and internal wiring for every build.
- Teams that need detailed installation documents and videos for a repeatable assembly, checking and handover process.
- Businesses with competent personnel for remaining machine wiring, mechanical integration, configuration, safety checks, commissioning and end-user support. Ready is not a no-experience-required kit.
Planned Scope
- Planned foundation: the matched Core Kit hardware and its confirmed BOM. Both Core and Ready include an assembled Gas Board as standard; it is not an upgrade charge.
- Planned consumables scope follows the matching Core Kit; additional quantities must be stated in the released package.
- Factory-assembled and prewired electrical mounting panel(s), including mounting panels and assembly/wiring service. Panel count and layout follow the released configuration; this is not a bare printed circuit board.
- Core wiring materials, including wire labels, numbering, terminal and I/O references, are inherited from the Core Kit.
- Detailed installation documents and step-by-step installation videos are planned to support consistent local assembly.
- Planned additional deliverables: Safety Interlock Kit, QC Card, Kit Passport, initial parameter package and sequenced installation packing, subject to the released configuration.
- Optional Assembly Support, Debugging Support, or Remote Commissioning service.
Not Included
- Local machine bed manufacturing, local electrician work, local compliance approval, or onsite installation by default.
- Long-term production parameter optimization or guarantee for every special material and process.
- High-power production-line integration, robotic integration, or complex automation unless quoted separately.

Use the DIY Kit Configurator to start the discussion. Provide target machine configuration, expected build quantity, local team capability, resale market and required support. Ready Kit is still in preparation, not yet a released, directly purchasable product.
Positioning Note
Ready reduces repeated electrical assembly work; it does not remove local machine integration, qualified electrical work, safety validation, commissioning or the seller's finished-machine compliance and after-sales responsibilities. It is not plug-and-cut or automatic approval for resale. Documents and videos are still being prepared; release timing, supported configurations and pricing will be confirmed separately. Core does not include the planned Ready upgrades.

Project consultation for overseas manufacturers planning local machine production. Review the equipment, processes and supply-chain support needed to fabricate machine beds, sheet-metal parts and machined components locally, together with integration, training and service requirements. This is not a standard ready-to-order product.

- Customers who want to source core modules from Sky Fire Laser and complete machine bed, sheet metal, enclosure, assembly, and service locally.
- Customers who need remote engineering supervision, acceptance standards, training, after-sales SOP, and spare parts planning.
Scope for Project Review
- Project-specific hardware and documentation plan after reviewing local manufacturing capability; no unconfirmed Ready Kit delivery is assumed.
- Enclosure and interlock direction, spare parts system, Remote Commissioning workflow, and Acceptance Checklist.
- After-sales SOP, training outline, quotation template, batch purchasing BOM template, and local manufacturing guidance.
- Integrator-level spare parts planning, including multi-machine spare ratio, local inventory suggestion, replenishment rules, and service spare parts strategy.
- Optional onsite support when required and quoted separately.
Not Included
- Default onsite installation, customer factory setup, customer employee management, or local legal compliance responsibility.
- Full responsibility for the customer's end-user after-sales service.
- Unquoted robotic, automation, production-line, or multi-system integration work.

Submit your country, application, target power, annual production plan, existing equipment, local suppliers, machine-bed/sheet-metal/machining capability and technical team. Sky Fire will review feasibility and define the proposed local manufacturing support and quotation.
Scope Note
The final scope depends on power level, application, local team capability, manufacturing boundary, remote commissioning depth, training requirement, spare parts package, and whether onsite support is needed.
Spare Parts Package Across All Three Kits
The published Core Kits include the head-matched consumables pack specified on each product page. Ready Kit is planned to build on that scope; Local Manufacturing projects can include multi-machine spare-parts planning when specified in the agreed proposal.

Kit Passport is the planned record system for each DIY kit. It connects BOM, SKU, Kit SN, configuration, parameters, manuals, software files, QC record, spare parts, support history, upgrade record, and future after-sales notes.
