• Software and engineering files: matched control software, a free pre-order Configuration Summary, the confirmed Kit BOM and packing checklist, plus the Core technical-document bundle listed below. Core documents include the basic circuit diagram, terminal and I/O table, basic installation procedure and common-error guidance.
• Optional equipment and services: a voltage stabilizer or variable-frequency power supply, blower/smoke purifier, digital pressure gauge, non-standard gas fittings and additional commissioning services can be quoted separately when required by the site or application.

Core boundary: Gas Board hardware is included, but the Gas Board principle and detailed wiring diagrams belong to DIY Ready Kit. Installation video, QC Card, initial parameter package, prewired control plate, safety interlock package and sequenced installation packing are Ready-level deliverables and are not included in this Core Kit.

Compatibility

Configuration Options

The current 2000W reference BOMs define three system paths. Choose a path and the applicable brands for engineering review. These are quotation options, not interchangeable parts to combine without checking the controller, communication interfaces and wiring.

BM111 custom option: the available BM111 + XC3000PLUS package uses HCFA motor/drive matching; a Yaskawa-matched package is not offered. Request separate engineering review and a written configuration before ordering this alternative.

• Laser source: one MAX MFSC 2000X or Raycus RFL-C2000S-CE, 2000W. Exact model suffix, input power, output fiber and connector specification are confirmed before order.
• Water chiller: one S&A CWFL-2000W, with separate 50Hz and 60Hz selections. Confirm the input voltage, frequency, cooling connections and site supply before ordering; selecting a frequency does not by itself approve the entire machine power arrangement.
• Servo reference: A/B use X, Y1 and Y2 at 1.3 kW each plus a 0.4 kW braked Z-axis motor. C uses X at 1.1 kW, Y1 and Y2 at 1.7 kW each plus a 0.4 kW braked Z-axis motor. All paths include three TECHMECH TB090 reducers. The 40A servo filter is included in the electrical-control package, not an additional servo charge. Exact mechanical interfaces, cable lengths and drive selection are recorded in the confirmed BOM.
• Other brands: BWT or JPT 2000W sources and a Tongfei TFLW-2000W chiller may be requested as custom selections. They are not included in the current A/B/C reference BOMs and require separate compatibility and pricing confirmation.

Not Included / Customer Provides

The standard hardware-and-document scope excludes the machine bed, gantry and other locally manufactured mechanical structure, enclosure, dust-extraction equipment, air compressor, oxygen/nitrogen supply, compliant site power supply, local electrical work, workshop preparation, lifting/unloading equipment, onsite installation and local certification/compliance work. Packaging/pre-shipment handling and international freight are quoted separately.

Duties and taxes: these are separate from the Kit hardware price and are included only when the confirmed shipping quotation explicitly includes them.

Customer responsibility: manufacture or source the machine structure, prepare the site and utilities, complete local mechanical and electrical installation, and meet applicable local safety and electrical requirements. Sky Fire reviews the supplied Kit configuration, but cannot approve an unreviewed customer-designed machine as a complete system.

Custom Machine Size, Motion Design and Kit Changes

A non-standard working area, ballscrew-driven layout or request to remove supplied components is handled through a custom engineering quotation.

• Reference dimensions are not working travel: the current BOM lists two 1920 mm X-axis guides and two 4000 mm Y-axis guides, with M2 racks in 1000 mm and 500 mm sections. These are reference-model component lengths, not a promise of a particular cutting area. Final rail, rack, slider, dust-cover and cable-carrier quantities and dimensions follow the approved machine layout.
• Custom travel and cut lengths: the confirmed BOM and packing checklist record quantities, ordered lengths and final cut lengths after X/Y/Z travel and mounting positions are approved. Rails must not be cut or split solely to fit shipping limits without engineering approval.
• Four-axis layout: the reference servo axes are X, Y1, Y2 and Z; Y1/Y2 are the dual-drive pair, not an extra rotary axis. Three reducers are listed for the planar axes. The Z-axis drive arrangement, reducer assignment, ratios and mechanical interfaces are confirmed for the actual machine.
• Ballscrew-driven axes: provide screw lead, moving mass and payload, target speed and acceleration, shaft and coupling dimensions and mounting layout. Servo suitability cannot be confirmed from the motor brand or rated power alone.
• Delete requests and credits: removing transmission parts, a water chiller or another hardware group changes the package. Any credit is itemized only after Sky Fire confirms which parts remain and rechecks compatibility; do not deduct an entire group automatically. A customer-supplied cooling system must be checked for capacity, temperature control, flow, pressure and interface compatibility.

Configuration Information and Confirmed BOM

Customers do not need to purchase the Kit BOM simply to understand the main configuration before ordering. The standalone technical-document prices below apply when documents are purchased separately from the Kit.

Components and Current Price Breakdown

The table shows Sky Fire’s reviewed prices for the standard Kit groups. Select the published configuration, source brand and chiller frequency to see the matching component subtotal. Component links are provided for reference; the stated Kit group scope and confirmed BOM govern the package. All amounts are in USD.

BM111 quotation reference: including the separately quoted BM111 alternative, Configuration B component subtotals can reach $13,775.45. This is outside the standard BM110 selections above; the exact HCFA-matched package and application are confirmed separately.

Price ranges: ranges reflect MAX/Raycus laser-source selection, S&A 50/60Hz chiller and, for A/B, Leadshine/Inovance servo selection. Configuration B in the online selector uses BM110. Your selected variant sets the component price; it is not an uncertain or negotiable price.

Not included in the component price: packaging/pre-shipment handling, international freight and applicable duties/taxes. Non-standard models, precision grades, dimensions or machining are quoted separately. The 40A filter is already included in the electrical-control group; reducers and cables must not be added again to the reviewed servo-group amount.

Configuration basis: three TECHMECH TB090 reducers use the quoted 090 / 22mm flange-output reference. The confirmed Kit BOM records exact shaft/flange interfaces, ratios and cable lengths. The electrical package is selected for 1.5–3kW and XC3000PLUS or FSCUT2000E, as applicable. Core delivery remains the hardware and document scope stated above; this does not add Ready-level prewiring or installation deliverables.

Optional equipment is not included: voltage stabilizer, variable-frequency power supply, blower/smoke purifier, digital pressure gauge and non-standard gas fittings are quoted separately when required.

Application review: provide the material, thickness, gas and required edge quality. Cutting capability and production speed depend on the selected source/head, gas, optics and machine setup; suitability for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or other reflective materials must be confirmed for the application.

Reference-document notice: the downloads include examples from different controller and drive families. Obtain the approved, model-matched BOM and wiring revision from Sky Fire before installation; do not wire or energize equipment from an unmatched example or unresolved label discrepancy.

The complete digital bundle contains eight PDFs: three configuration BOMs plus five other files, including the free Packing List. These represent six document categories. One selected BOM plus the other four paid categories totals $138.50 when purchased separately; buying all three BOMs separately is a different selection.

Document control: the downloadable PDFs are reference documents, not a substitute for the order-specific confirmed BOM and approved wiring release. Check the power, configuration, controller/drive model and revision before use. Sky Fire confirms the applicable document revisions with the final Kit BOM; any model, board-label or wiring discrepancy must be resolved before wiring or energizing. Version information is document-control metadata, not an extra document or separately priced product.

Technical Support

Sky Fire provides pre-order engineering selection and compatibility review. After delivery, basic remote support covers installation-sequence guidance, wiring review and startup checks for components supplied in the confirmed Kit BOM.

Basic support does not include troubleshooting an unreviewed customer-designed machine, onsite work, cutting tests, first-part testing or process optimization. These requirements use separately quoted Commissioning Support. Confirm the required service scope and availability before ordering.

Packing and Shipping

Standard Packing Reference

The standard 2000W Core Kit packing reference is approximately 478-508 kg and 2.54-2.65 CBM, in about 22 plywood cases for Configurations A/B or 20 cases for Configuration C. Freight estimates use the upper planning basis of 508 kg / 2.65 CBM. The final packed weight, volume and case count follow the selected configuration and packing checklist.

The longest packed item, the Y-axis guide rail, is approximately 4.15 x 0.37 x 0.26 m and 55 kg. These are shipping dimensions, not the machine footprint or cutting area. Written carrier acceptance of this overlength item is required before dispatch. Shipments originate in Wuhan, China, via the confirmed gateway port.

Packaging and pre-shipment handling are itemized separately from the Kit component price and international freight. Custom dimensions, additions or deletions change the packing plan and may require a new freight quotation.

Standard Ocean Shipping References

The figures below are estimated freight in USD, pending written carrier confirmation, for the standard 2000W packing reference. They apply to the listed commercial, non-residential and non-remote destinations, not blanket nationwide rates. Submit the complete delivery address, postal code and unloading requirements before ordering. Transit times are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

What the Shipping Terms Cover

• DDP reference scope: the listed U.S., European and Birmingham estimates include ocean freight, the stated overlength allowance, destination-port handling, import clearance, duties/VAT and standard delivery with an appointment and tail-lift service, subject to the final written quotation and site/vehicle suitability. Packaging/pre-shipment handling remains a separate charge.
• CIF Santos: delivery is to the named port, not the customer's workshop. The customer arranges destination charges, customs clearance, duties/taxes and onward transport unless expressly included in the written quotation. The Santos estimate requires packing-volume reconfirmation.
• Delivery and unloading: a forklift is strongly recommended for the 4.15 m package. A tail lift does not by itself confirm that an overlength package can be unloaded safely. Confirm receiving-site access, equipment and handling arrangements before dispatch; crane work, special unloading, storage, inspection or redelivery may incur additional charges.
• UK route requirements: the Birmingham reference requires a non-island address accessible by a 13 m truck, CE report and Declaration of Conformity, plus carrier-approved wooden packing with approximately 10 cm forklift feet and suitable fork clearance. Any missing-document surcharge and route acceptance require written confirmation; a surcharge does not replace required compliance documents.
• Destination documentation: required component and shipment documents are checked before dispatch. Buying components does not itself certify a customer-built complete machine.

Air freight: no standard 2000W air-freight option is confirmed. The 4.15 m package requires specific carrier acceptance. Shorter or split rails can be considered only after engineering approves the revised motion design and the carrier checks the new packed dimensions and weight.

Freight-price notice: the final written quotation controls the price, validity period, included services, address eligibility and transit estimate. Changes in the BOM, packing, tariffs, fuel charges, exchange rates, carrier policy or route availability may require a revised quote. These page references are not automatic checkout shipping rates.

Warranty

Major Component Warranty Reference

The 2000W Kit uses the same brand-level warranty references as the 1500W Core Kit for quotation planning. Confirm applicability to the exact 2000W model, serial number, start date and order in the final quotation and confirmed BOM. These references do not establish a single warranty period for the whole Kit or certify a customer-built complete machine.

Nozzles, protective lenses, other optical consumables and normal-wear items are excluded unless the final quotation states otherwise. Depot location, remote diagnosis, onsite labor, return freight, duties, spare-parts dispatch and advance replacement vary by component and destination and are confirmed before order.

A local service depot or advance replacement is not assumed. Confirm the required overseas service arrangement before ordering.

Price and freight: the selected variant is the standard Kit component price, not a delivered price. Packaging/pre-shipment handling and freight are separate. Use the estimated ocean references above for planning, then contact Sky Fire before payment to confirm the BOM, packed dimensions, delivery address, carrier acceptance and final charges. Automatic shipping checkout is not yet available for this 2000W Kit.

• Machine layout: working area, X/Y/Z travel, bed and gantry design, enclosure and extraction plan.

• Site power: country, voltage, phase, frequency, available capacity, grounding and applicable local electrical requirements.
• Optical and cooling interfaces: selected source, output fiber/core and connector, cutting-head input and lens requirements, and any customer-provided cooling system.
• Local or deleted components: identify every customer-supplied item for compatibility review and an itemized custom quotation.

Single-phase sites require complete-system confirmation. A laser-source voltage label alone does not establish compatibility of the controller, four-axis servo system, chiller, electrical cabinet and auxiliary devices with the site supply. The approved power arrangement and any separately quoted power equipment are recorded before order confirmation.

What do the displayed component prices include?

The selected variant totals the reviewed standard hardware, matched consumables and Core technical documents. The 40A filter is included in the electrical-control package, and three reducers are included in the servo package. Packaging, freight, applicable taxes and custom engineering changes are not included. Confirm the final BOM and delivery quote before payment.

Are Kit component prices different from buying the same items individually?

The table itemizes the reviewed Kit group prices. A standalone catalog option may use a different cable length, component quantity or service scope, so compare equivalent configurations rather than adding unmatched listings. The confirmed Kit BOM and quotation control the supplied package; do not add cables, reducers or the included filter a second time.

Are packaging, freight, duties and taxes included?

Packaging/pre-shipment handling and freight are separate from the displayed Kit component price. The ocean figures above are estimates, not fixed checkout rates. DDP estimates include duties/taxes and the stated delivery services only for the confirmed route and address. CIF Santos is port delivery, not duty-paid delivery to the workshop. The final written quotation controls.

Can I change the working area, use ballscrews or remove supplied components?

Yes, through a custom engineering quotation. Sky Fire reviews the revised motion design and remaining component scope before confirming compatibility, dimensions and any itemized credit.

What information is required before ordering?

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

• Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
• Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
• Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.

The standard shipping cycle is normally within 15 days for order processing and dispatch when purchasing a single unit.

For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
