Laser Source Direction

MAX MFSC 1500X, Raycus RFL-C1500S-CE / RFL-C020-CE, BWT 1500W, or JPT CW 1500W. Final source is selected by availability, interface, and application.

Cutting Head Direction

Raytools or BOCI options such as BM110, BM111, BS03K-CAT, or BLT310. The final head must match source power, controller, connector, and application.

Controller Direction

Raytools XC3000PLUS or BOCHU FSCUT2000E, subject to final machine structure and I/O requirements.

Cooling Direction

S&A or Tongfei water chiller matched to the selected 1500W laser source and operating conditions.

Spare parts: a cutting-head consumables pack is recommended. Typical items include protective lenses, nozzles, ceramic rings, sealing rings, fittings, and common maintenance consumables. Exact quantities are quoted after the head model is confirmed.

Raytools or BOCI options such as BM110, BM111, BS03K-CAT, or BLT310, matched by the Sky Fire engineering team.

Controller Direction

Raytools XC3000PLUS or BOCHU FSCUT2000E, with final signal and interface confirmation before order.

Cooling Direction

S&A CWFL-2000W or Tongfei TFLW-2000W direction, subject to source model and duty-cycle confirmation.

Spare parts: the optional starter package is matched to the selected cutting head. Gas-module and basic wiring-reference options can be added after the machine layout is reviewed.

Raytools or BOCI options such as BM110, BM111, BS03K-CAT, or BLT310. Continuous-duty and reflective-material requirements must be reviewed before selection.

Controller Direction

Raytools XC3000PLUS or BOCHU FSCUT2000E, subject to the final cutting head, I/O, and machine configuration.

Cooling Direction

A water chiller with verified capacity for the selected 3000W source and duty cycle. The exact model is confirmed during engineering review.

Engineering note: 3000W requires closer review of cooling capacity, gas system, cutting-head limits, electrical supply, and safety. Final compatibility is confirmed before quotation.

Customer and Sky Fire Boundaries

Customer Provides

  • Machine bed and mechanical structure
  • Three-phase electrical supply and local electrical work
  • Air compressor and oxygen / nitrogen supply
  • Enclosure, dust extraction, workshop preparation, and local compliance
  • Onsite assembly labor unless separately quoted

Sky Fire Provides

  • Engineering selection and matched core-component direction
  • Core BOM and basic wiring-reference direction
  • Interface and compatibility review before quotation
  • Optional starter spare parts and gas-module direction
  • Upgrade path to Assembly, Debugging, or Remote Commissioning packages

Not Included by Default

Onsite wiring, enclosure and dust extraction, complete machine installation, full debugging, production optimization, and responsibility for third-party or customer-supplied components.

Please provide target material and thickness, working area, machine type, electrical standard, gas plan, expected duty cycle, current components, and the level of technical support required.
