The QLS-4213DPRT is a high-end galvo & motion platform control card, independently developed for multi-axis motion platforms, galvos, and laser processing applications. Common problems and solutions
1.All indicator lights are not on
Firstly, use a multimeter to measure the 24V plug on the board and confirm that there is a 24V voltage present; After confirmation, if the PWR power indicator light still does not light up, it is possible that the fuse tube on the board has been burned. Please contact our after-sales engineer to open the cover and replace it under their guidance or authorization.
2.The computer cannot connect to the board
Please confirm that the network cable is correctly connected to the EtherNET port of the board and the computer network port. Please connect it correctly.
Please confirm that the computer IP address is set correctly. The general recommended settings are: IP address: 192.6.6.20.Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0, default gateway: not selected.
Confirm again that the PWR light on the board is constantly on, the ALM light is not on, and the RUN light is flashing; If PWR does not light up, please refer to:
Article 1 Handling; If the ALM light remains on, there is a malfunction. Please contact our after-sales engineer for assistance; If the RUN light does not flash, please wait for about 20 seconds before observing. If it still does not flash, please contact our after-sales engineer for assistance.
After confirming that all the above statuses are correct, but still unable to connect, please use the ping command on your computer to test whether network communication is normal: click on Start ->Search for programs and files, enter cmd, enter ->enter ping 192.6.6.6, enter.

Delivery Address

2. How to Return
Before Delivery
- Email: Send a request to info@sflaser.net to cancel and refund your order.
- Note: Avoid initiating a bank refund to prevent fees and delays. Any bank fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
After Delivery
- Email: Contact info@sflaser.net for return assistance.
- Conditions: Adhere to our return conditions. Be prepared for a service fee and transportation costs.
3. Return/Refund Conditions
Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:
- Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
- Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
- Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.
Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Packing Details: Include a packing list, order number, and customer name in your return package.
- Tracking: If returning the order yourself, email the tracking number to support@sflaser.net.
- Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.

- Approval: Only approved returns are accepted.
- Rights: Sky Fire Laser reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting policy requirements.
- Shipping: Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return confirmation. No on-site returns.
