Composition Principle: It adopts intelligent real-time weld seam tracking technology and non-contact tracking method. The sensor measures the weld seam offset and guides and controls the welding torch to weld accurately.
Weld Type: It supports slab welds, lap welds, edge welds, inner corner welds, V-grooves, rounded flat plates, single-sided bevels, and rounded corners.
Supported Welding Process: MIG, MAG, TIG, submerged arc welding, laser welding, flame cutting.
Welding Seam Tracking Case: Pressure vessel industry, automotive industry, construction machinery industry, steel structure industry, transformer tank welding, spiral pipe industry, gas cylinder industry, automated cutting.

Solution
It is compatible with six-axis industrial robot automatic welding systems and can directly connect and communicate with the robot control cabinet without the need for an industrial control computer. It can realize functions such as real-time tracking and positioning welding, and starting point detection, and solve problems such as workpiece assembly deviation, material cutting deviation, and thermal deformation.
- Positioning: Suitable for short welds, medium-thick plate welds, and welds with good consistency, ensuring welding continuity.

Most of our packages are currently shipped from Wuhan, China.
For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.
The standard shipping cycle is normally 3–7 business days for order processing and dispatch when purchasing a single unit.
For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
