BEUT Product Overview

Designed for laser pipe cutting machines, this product operates as an independent rotating spindle, enabling rapid clamping and release via side rotation and air intake. Secure the base, attach the motor and gear, and connect a compressed air source (0.4-0.9Mpa) to start clamping and rotating workpieces.

Key Advantages:

  • Direct Cylinder Output: Delivers high mechanical efficiency with minimal energy loss and consistent, strong clamping force.
  • Wide Clamping Range: The cylinder's working stroke matches the chuck’s, accommodating various applications.
  • Software Control: Linear output force proportional to air pressure ensures easy software management.

Additional Benefits:

  • Simplicity: Lightweight design with fewer components, reducing the failure rate.
  • Efficiency: Low rotational inertia and energy consumption.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: Compact axial dimension lowers costs for zero tail material.

Usage Instructions

Operating Requirements:

  1. Before daily operation, ensure that the chuck's fastening screws are secure and the air pressure is normal (0.4-0.9 MPa). Use clean and stable compressed air and select hoses capable of withstanding pressures greater than 1.6 MPa. Keep hoses away from heat sources and open flames to avoid operational risks.

  2. Lubricate and maintain all sliding and friction surfaces of the chuck during use. Follow the lubrication points as instructed, regularly adding oil to the lubrication tank, and control the drip rate.

  3. When adjusting the chuck's claws or rollers, use nut seats on the slide block for fine-tuning with bolts until they meet operational requirements. After adjustment, perform trial clamping to ensure smooth slide block action before entering working mode.

  4. Avoid unauthorized modifications to the chuck, as improper alterations can damage it and render it unusable.

  5. If the chuck is not used for an extended period, avoid leaving workpieces clamped to prevent deformation that could affect precision.

  6. Conduct cleaning of active parts 2-3 times per week, perform maintenance of the chuck every 60 days, and inspect parts for wear, replacing components as necessary.

  7. When connecting electrical control components, ensure the electromagnetic valve coil voltage matches the appropriate power source to prevent damage to electronic devices.

Safety Requirements:

  1. Store the chuck in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from rain and moisture.

  2. Do not stack packaging, and regularly inspect its condition.

  3. Carefully read the installation instructions before proceeding with installation.

  4. During chuck operation, do not press clamp or release buttons unnecessarily; install protective covers as needed.

  5. Ensure power and air sources are switched off during chuck installation and removal.

  6. Do not exceed the specified limit speed during chuck operation.

  7. Non-professionals should not dismantle the main structural components of the chuck.

  8. Keep installation areas for air hoses clear of open flames and heat sources.
