O controlador de corte EtherCAT FSCUT9100 foi projetado para aplicações de corte chanfrado 2D de média a alta potência. Ele apresenta calibração mecânica eficiente e fácil de usar, compensação de precisão e recursos de posicionamento de chanfro, tornando-o ideal para processamento de chapas metálicas.

2. Aplicação do produto

Chanframento Adicional: Suporta corte chanfrado adicional após corte 2D, otimizando o uso de material e reduzindo o desperdício.
Edição de chanfro: suporta vários tipos de chanfro, incluindo chanfros V/Y/X/K, bem como chanfros gradientes especiais, como chanfros de círculo superior e quadrado inferior. As opções de percurso contínuo de corte e quebra adaptam-se a diversas necessidades de corte, melhorando a eficiência do desenho.
Aninhamento de chanfro: CypNest integra-se perfeitamente com CAD, Tekla e Tribon (AM) para importação de peças, edição de chanfro e agrupamento misto de peças chanfradas, agilizando todo o processo.
Corte de cabeça convexa: Suporta corte de furos em cabeças convexas, comumente usado em vasos de pressão e indústrias de energia eólica.
Compensação de Deformação: Compensa a deformação da placa, garantindo alta precisão de corte.
Calibração de visão: coleta rapidamente parâmetros precisos do modelo com um único clique, permitindo a calibração sem depender de ajustes mecânicos durante a manutenção subsequente.

  • Conditions: Adhere to our return conditions. Be prepared for a service fee and transportation costs.

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

  • Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
  • Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
  • Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.
