Introduction

The China Star CSDC series cartridge dust collector is an air filtration product developed to solve the problem of large sparks and smoke generated during the operation of laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, metal grinders, and other industrial machines in the current market. There are currently four standard specifications for this model, namely CSDC-4L, CSDC-6L, CSDC-8L, and CSDC-12L.

Performance Characteristics

• The fan meets the AMCA standard and adopts high-efficiency centrifugal fan technology. Equipped with a standard motor, the impeller is directly connected to the motor, resulting in high efficiency and maintenance-free operation.
• The filter cartridge is made of nanometer flame-retardant material, with a surface wind speed of 0.8~1.2 m/min and a filtration accuracy of 0.3um-0.5um, and a filtration efficiency of over 99%.
• It has an integrated spark catcher to ensure safe and reliable operation of the machine.
• The dust cleaning uses automatic pulse cleaning technology, equipped with well-known domestic brand components. It performs one backflush every 15 minutes to avoid filter cartridge blockage and extend the service life of the filter cartridge.
• The dust collector's box is professionally designed with a 2-10 mm thick galvanized steel plate and has a strong sealed structure. The overall appearance is beautiful and generous.

• Nanometer flame-retardant filter cartridge: flame retardant, low resistance, good air permeability, can filter 99.99% of dust and smoke, filtration accuracy of 0.3 microns.
• Standard electrical components: phase sequence protection, thermal overload protection, pulse switch.
• Low-noise centrifugal fan: centrifugal fan + modular design, strong air volume, low noise, not affected by floating dust.
  

The models 4L, 6L, and 8L weigh 580 kg, 846 kg, and 1030 kg, with sizes of 1420 x 1350 x 2360 mm, 1460 x 1430 x 2825 mm, and 1420 x 1430 x 2540 mm, respectively.

Before Delivery

After Delivery

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

• Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
• Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
• Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Packing Details: Include a packing list, order number, and customer name in your return package.
• Tracking: If returning the order yourself, email the tracking number to support@sflaser.net.
• Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.

• Approval: Only approved returns are accepted.
• Rights: Sky Fire Laser reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting policy requirements.
• Shipping: Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return confirmation. No on-site returns.
