The Precitec ProCutter Thunder 6.6kW is a versatile laser cutting head designed for efficient and economical laser cutting in the medium power range. Whether used for flatbed or 3D cutting, the cutting head offers consistently stable and precise operation.

Key Features:

  1. High Cutting-Edge Quality: The ultra-stable, drift-free distance sensor system ensures smooth and right-angled cutting edges with minimal burring, even at very high accelerations. The cutting head cooling system ensures reproducible results in series production.

  2. Low Service Costs and Downtime: If the cutting head requires servicing, the design enables quick and easy access to the optics. Changing these components requires only half the usual time. Built-in protective glasses protect valuable optics from the process zone and fiber bushing, significantly extending service life.

  3. Highly Dynamic Drive: This feature ensures minimum non-productive times and offers flexibility. It enables fully automatic control of the focus position, delivering outstanding results when processing different material thicknesses.

  4. 2D and 3D Versions: The flexible cutting head is available in both 2D and 3D versions. The 2D version is suitable for integration into flatbed and simple tube and profile cutting systems, while the 3D version is ideal for professional tube and profile cutting systems and demanding free-form applications.

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

  • Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
  • Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
  • Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable.
