Description

The BM111 series represents auto-focusing cutting heads for fiber lasers, brought to the market by Switzerland's RAYTOOLS AG in 2017. These cutting heads come integrated with internal servo motor drive units. These units employ a linear mechanism to automatically adjust the focusing lens position over a span of approximately 22mm. Users can program the head for continuous focus adjustment, enabling swift perforation of thick plates and automated cutting across plates of varied thickness and materials. The product line can be outfitted with D30 composite lens groups for beam integration. They feature a diverse interface configuration, making them adaptable to different fiber lasers. The design is optimized for optics and is water-cooled, ensuring prolonged, high-powered, and stable operation.

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

• Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
• Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
• Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable.
