The BS06K-CAT is a medium to high-power intelligent cutting head with a power rating of 6kW. It supports analog/pulse focus adjustment units or EtherCAT bus communication, as well as bus-controlled focus adjustment units. This product features multiple fiber interfaces, including QBH, QD, and G5, making it compatible with various mainstream lasers. It is equipped with a range of intelligent sensors, and through wireless networks, monitoring data can be read in real-time on mobile terminals and CNC systems.

1.Product Advantages

Dual Optical Protection: Four sets of protective lenses extend the lifespan of the lenses, and multi-layer protection improves the sealing level within the chamber.

Flexible Control Method: Supports analog/pulse-controlled focus adjustment units or EtherCAT bus communication with bus-controlled focus adjustment units. Users can set the program to achieve continuous and rapid focus position adjustments.

Optimized Mechanical/Water Circuit Design:

  • Simplified lens installation method reduces maintenance difficulty and costs. Anti-collision structure reduces losses caused by operator errors.
  • The BS series is equipped with anti-corrosion technology as standard to prevent long-term water cooling system corrosion and water leakage.

Standard Gas Pressure Sensor/Protective Lens Temperature Monitoring Sensor:

  • More accurate gas control, resulting in more stable cut quality.
  • Gas protection with anti-mistake design reduces the likelihood of lens contamination.
  • One-click intelligent calibration of gas pressure for easy nozzle replacement and process adjustment.
  • Real-time monitoring of the protective lens temperature during cutting, effectively reducing cutting defects caused by lens contamination.

Stray Light Detection: Equipped with a high-response stray light detection module for the protective lens, effectively preventing lens breakage due to contamination.

Built-in Capacitor Amplifier: Optional built-in capacitor amplifier version provides finer and more stable focus tracking.

Before Delivery

After Delivery

  • Conditions: Adhere to our return conditions. Be prepared for a service fee and transportation costs.

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

  • Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
  • Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
  • Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

  • Packing Details: Include a packing list, order number, and customer name in your return package.
  • Tracking: If returning the order yourself, email the tracking number to support@sflaser.net.
  • Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.

  • Approval: Only approved returns are accepted.
  • Rights: Sky Fire Laser reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting policy requirements.
  • Shipping: Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return confirmation. No on-site returns.
