Environmental and Safety Standards

The SKYFIRE L-Series adheres to stringent environmental standards. A safety distance that matches the technical safety distance should be maintained between the equipment and walls. The factory ground should be reinforced with concrete or cement, with a carrying capacity that exceeds twice the weight of the equipment, ensuring maximum stability during operations. The ground flatness should also be within ±3CM.

Power Requirements

The L-Series operates on a standard electrical output of 220±5V 50Hz single-phase 4-wire AC. To ensure optimal performance and prevent power shortages, the power capacity should be 1.5 times the maximum installed power of the equipment.

Cooling System

Our cutting machine requires deionized or distilled water for cooling purposes. If these are not available, bottled water is an acceptable alternative. This ensures that the machine remains at an optimal operating temperature during usage.

Positioning of Complementary Equipment

For optimal performance, the chiller, air compressor, and freeze dryer should be placed in dry, well-ventilated, dust-free areas.

Cutting Auxiliary Gas

The primary cutting auxiliary gas used by the laser cutting machine is air. For cutting acrylic, a small air pump suffices. For cutting wood/MDF/Plywood, a higher pressure air is required, with a minimum pressure of 0.8MPA.

• Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
• Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
