Problemas y soluciones comunes

1. Todas las luces indicadoras no están encendidas
Primero, use un multímetro para medir el conector de 24V en la placa y confirme que hay un voltaje de 24V presente; Después de la confirmación, si la luz indicadora de alimentación PWR aún no se enciende, es posible que el tubo del fusible en la placa se haya quemado. Por favor, contacte a nuestro ingeniero de postventa para abrir la tapa y reemplazarlo bajo su guía o autorización.

2.El ordenador no puede conectarse a la placa
Por favor, confirme que el cable de red está correctamente conectado al puerto EtherNET de la placa y al puerto de red del ordenador. Por favor, conéctelo correctamente.
Por favor, confirme que la dirección IP de la computadora está configurada correctamente. La configuración general recomendada es: Dirección IP: 192.6.6.20. Máscara de subred: 255.255.255.0, puerta de enlace predeterminada: no seleccionada.
Confirme nuevamente que la luz PWR en la placa está encendida constantemente, la luz ALM no está encendida y la luz RUN está parpadeando; Si la luz PWR no se enciende, consulte:

Before Delivery

After Delivery

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

  • Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
  • Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
  • Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.
