GY-FLC200MG 200W Air-Cooled Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine
The GY-FLC200MG is a compact handheld pulsed laser cleaning system for controlled removal of rust, oxide, oil, paint, resin, coatings and other surface contamination. Its non-contact process minimizes mechanical stress on the base material, while the integrated air-cooling system eliminates the need for a separate water chiller.
A dual-axis cleaning head supports 13 scan patterns and an adjustable scan range up to 300 mm. The touchscreen stores up to 100 custom process groups and includes a preset process library for faster setup across recurring jobs.

Never direct the cleaning head toward people or highly reflective mirror-like surfaces. Inspect the fiber, cables, connectors and protective lens before every use, and follow the supplied manual and site risk assessment.

FAQ
Does this machine need a water chiller?
No. The GY-FLC200MG uses built-in air cooling, so it does not require an external water chiller.
What can it remove?
Typical applications include rust, oxide, oil, paint, resin, coatings, plating layers and other adherent surface contaminants. Suitability and speed depend on the material, layer thickness and required finish.
Can it be automated?
Yes. The cleaning head can be used manually or integrated with a compatible robotic system. Automation requirements should be confirmed before ordering.
Is the 300 mm scan range standard for every setup?
The system supports a scan range up to 300 mm with the appropriate field lens. The standard manual lists a 210 mm focal-length lens; confirm the supplied lens and usable range in the quotation.
Are the listed cleaning parameters guaranteed?
No single parameter set suits every surface. Final settings depend on the laser source, material, contamination, lens, working distance and required finish. Start with validated parameters and perform a sample test.

3. Return/Refund Conditions
Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:
- Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
- Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
- Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.
Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.
The standard shipping cycle is normally 3–7 business days for order processing and dispatch when purchasing a single unit.
For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
- International Shipping: Please be aware that for orders shipped internationally, any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered by our shipping charges.
