SF-SlicerHD Heavy-Duty Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine for Large Pipes & Structural Profiles

SF-SlicerHD is a large-format fiber laser cutting system engineered for heavy pipes and structural profiles. It is available in Three-Chuck and Four-Chuck configurations. Its heavy-duty chuck architecture, high-capacity material handling and profile-aware cutting control support demanding fabrication workflows from loading through finished-part discharge.

Available with 6 kW or 12 kW laser power, the machine handles round, square and rectangular tube together with H/I beams, channel sections and angle steel. Straight cutting and optional bevel cutting let fabricators complete more preparation work in a single setup.

Loading, Support and Part Handling

The heavy-duty loading system is engineered for multiple tube and profile shapes. Programmable automatic feeding works with floating supports to stabilize the material during processing.

  • Finished parts up to 500 mm can tilt into the scrap trolley.
  • Finished parts from approximately 1.35 m can discharge through the chain unloading system.
  • Pneumatic support and tilting assist workpiece cut-off and unloading.
  • Forklift-compatible scrap trolley simplifies removal of short parts and remnants.

Straight and Bevel Cutting

SF-SlicerHD supports straight cutting as standard and can be configured for bevel cutting. The bevel module supports multiple bevel forms, angles up to ±45°, and combined cut-and-bevel processing for weld preparation.

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

  • Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
  • Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
  • Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable.

Most of our packages are currently shipped from Wuhan, China.

For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.

The standard shipping cycle is normally 3–7 business days for order processing and dispatch when purchasing a single unit.

For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
