FAQ

Can the SUP52C be used with any 6000W laser source?

No. The rated power alone is not enough to confirm compatibility. Check wavelength, collimated beam diameter, fiber interface, optical configuration, cooling circuit, control wiring, gas supply and safety interlocks before purchase.

What materials can the SUP52C clean?

It is intended for compatible metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. It is not intended for wood, stone, plastic or composite materials.

How wide is the cleaning path?

The maximum scan width depends on the focusing lens and scan frequency. With the factory F1200 lens, the documented maximum is 500mm at 100Hz, 350mm at 200Hz, 160mm at 250Hz and 100mm at 300Hz.

What cooling and gas supply are required?

The SUP52C requires water cooling. The V1.1 manual recommends a gas flow of 15–20 L/min at 0.15MPa and 20°C.

Are manuals or technical files available?

Yes. English and Chinese V1.1 user manuals are provided in the Downloads section when the uploaded Shopify file links are available.

What safety precautions are required?

This is a Class 4 laser-system component for qualified industrial professionals. Proper grounding, laser-rated PPE, fume extraction, area isolation, emergency-stop controls and all applicable laser-safety measures are required.

3. Return/Refund Conditions

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:

  • Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
  • Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
  • Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
  • Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.

Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically processed in 10-15 business days post-return inspection. Confirmation emails will be sent, followed by bank processing.

Most of our packages are currently shipped from Wuhan, China.

For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.

The standard shipping cycle is normally 3–7 business days for order processing and dispatch when purchasing a single unit.

For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.

  1. International Shipping: Please be aware that for orders shipped internationally, any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered by our shipping charges.
  2. Refund Processing Fee: For orders that have not been packed or shipped, a refund processing fee will apply. This fee is due to the immediate deduction of funds by payment platforms such as PayPal, Visa, etc., and will be calculated as a percentage of the total order cost.
