The SUP53T is a water-cooled handheld fiber laser welding head for continuous-wave laser systems rated up to 6000W. This package combines the SUP53T welding head and SUP-LWS-D control system with your choice of a dual-, triple-, or quad-wire feeder.
Its digital drive, non-contact lens temperature monitoring, adjustable 0-12mm line spot and three on-gun process presets support high-power welding and rapid parameter switching.

Package Options
Choose the wire-feeder capacity that matches the required fill rate and process. All three options use 220V AC power and support 15-600cm/min wire-feeding speed.
- SUP-AMF-D dual-wire feeder (standard): two-wire package for standard high-deposition welding work.
- SUP-AMF-T triple-wire feeder: feeds up to three wires simultaneously; supports carbon-steel and stainless-steel solid wire.
- SUP-AMF-Q quad-wire feeder: four-motor system for up to four wires; supports carbon-steel, stainless-steel and aluminum solid wire.

FAQ
Does this listing include a complete laser welding machine?
No. It includes the SUP53T welding-head/control-system configuration and the selected wire feeder. A compatible fiber laser source, water chiller, machine cabinet, shielding-gas system and other integration parts are not included unless specifically confirmed in the order.
What laser power and wavelength does the SUP53T support?
The SUP53T is specified for continuous-wave fiber lasers up to 6000W at 1080 ± 10nm.
Which wire feeder should I choose?
Choose SUP-AMF-D for the standard dual-wire configuration, SUP-AMF-T when three-wire feeding is required, or SUP-AMF-Q for the highest four-wire capacity. Send your welding material, wire diameter, joint type and target deposition rate if you need selection help.
What wire materials are supported?
The SUP-AMF-T manual specifies carbon-steel and stainless-steel solid wire. The SUP-AMF-Q manual additionally specifies aluminum solid wire. Confirm the selected feeder, feeding wheel, tube and wire diameter before ordering.
What is the wire-feeding speed?
The supplied multi-wire feeders support an adjustable feeding-speed range of 15-600cm/min and continuous or pulse operation.
Does the welding head require water cooling?
Yes. The SUP53T is water cooled. The cooling circuit must be correctly sized, connected and operating before laser emission.
Can the SUP53T switch welding processes from the gun?
Yes. The independent process button on the gun can switch among three preset processes and enables quick adjustment of wire feed, laser power and swing amplitude.

Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted under the following conditions, along with the original receipt and a refund service fee:
- Not Packed, Not Shipped: 4.4% service fee for machines, accessories, and consumables.
- Packaged, Not Shipped: 10% for machines; 20% for accessories and consumables.
- Shipped, Unopened: 20% for machines; 25% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Unused: 30% for machines; 50% for accessories and consumables.
- Opened, Used: 50% for machines; 80% for accessories and consumables.
Important: Service fees apply due to instant fund deductions by payment platforms. Bank charges, taxes, and shipping expenses are deducted from refunds. No exchanges. Items must return in pristine condition, with machinery/components having no more than 3 uses. Stand-alone consumables are non-returnable. For laser service products, our company does not accept refunds.

Most of our packages are currently shipped from Wuhan, China.
For customers in the United States, certain products such as laser welding machines will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. More products will be gradually added to the U.S. warehouse inventory.
The standard shipping cycle is normally 3–7 business days for order processing and dispatch when purchasing a single unit.
For bulk orders involving a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the estimated dispatch schedule once the order details are confirmed.
- International Shipping: Please be aware that for orders shipped internationally, any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered by our shipping charges.
