At 8:30 a.m. on August 16th, we embarked on our journey from the company, fully equipped and brimming with anticipation for this extraordinary team expedition—our destination, the breathtakingly picturesque Jiugong Mountain in Xianning. For many colleagues, this sojourn represented a long-awaited respite and a much-cherished reunion, a chance to unwind and reconnect. The journey was a tapestry of laughter and lively conversation, with the cabin enveloped in an atmosphere of unadulterated joy and camaraderie.
Upon our arrival at Jiugong Mountain, the invigorating air that greeted us was like a balm, instantly dispelling the stress and tension of our daily routines. The mountain forest, shrouded in a delicate mist and vibrant with verdant hues, felt like an idyllic sanctuary, a natural haven of tranquility. We strolled in small, convivial groups, ascending the mountain trails while soaking in the scenic splendor that unfolded before us. Some colleagues bounded ahead with vigor, vying to be the first to reach the summit, while others meandered along, engaging in animated discussions that picked up where our daily conversations had left off. In that moment, the bonds of our team were palpably strengthened, the warmth and rapport among us magnified by the serene embrace of nature.
Under the tranquil mountain night, everyone gathered in a circle. The hustle and bustle of the day had faded, replaced by a sense of sincerity and quietude. Each person took turns to share their work experiences and the opportunities that had brought them to Skyfire. Some spoke of their exploration and perseverance in the industry, others recounted the stories of how they became connected with Skyfire, and still others reminisced about the details of their growth. Those voices and thoughts that might not usually be heard in the daily work environment gradually unfolded during this night.

The night talk not only deepened our understanding of each other's experiences and original aspirations but also revealed the shared values that underpin our team—the pursuit of innovation, the passion for our endeavors, and the confidence in our future. The exchanges under the starry sky brought our hearts closer together and imbued the word “team” with a more profound significance.
